- Why did you build this website?
The plain and simple answer is that I want to
see more real estate professionals using the
technology tools that are available in a more
effective way. I believe that I am uniquely
qualified to help you do so.
- Are you getting paid by anybody to offer these
classes and this website? Are you getting
paid to recommend the products that you reccomend?
No.
- Is this a recruiting ploy?
Yes and no. If you are interested in
joining my office because you want to work with
me, then yes, it is. If you are here because
you want access to this information and are quite
happy where you are working, then no, it's not.
- OK, if I want to join your office, what
qualifications do I need?
You need to be a full time professional.
Real estate must be your primary income producing
activity. You must be proficient with email
and web browsing. You need to have been
producing at least 3 million dollars a year in
closed transactions. If you are new to the
business, you must have had some prior sales
experience. You must exhibit honest, ethical
and fair treatment of all parties to the
transaction. You must be fun to work with,
and you must be interested in growing your
business.
- How often will you be offering new classes?
Initially about once a month or so. After
that, as new ideas for classes are proposed to me.
